1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the ct555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and ct555. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use any service offered on this platform.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by ct555, including but not limited to: the casino games library, live dealer tables, sports betting and sportsbook markets, bonus and promotion programmes, and the refer-a-friend scheme. 2 Eligibility

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one registered account on ct555. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or using different devices and IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these terms.

When registering your ct555 account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid phone number, and a secure password. You agree to keep this information updated if it changes.

CT555 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents before your first withdrawal is processed or at any point at ct555's discretion:

4 Account Security

Your ct555 account login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication details — are your sole responsibility. You must not share these with any other person under any circumstances. CT555 will never ask for your full password through any communication channel.

If you suspect that your ct555 account has been accessed without your permission, you must contact the support team immediately via live chat. You agree that ct555 is not liable for any losses resulting from bets placed, withdrawals made, or account changes enacted through your credentials — whether or not you authorised them — until you have formally notified ct555 of the unauthorised access.

5 Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits to your ct555 account are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit on ct555 is Rs 300. Deposits made via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank transfer via IBFT are typically credited to your ct555 balance within minutes of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.

CT555 does not charge any fee for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are separate from ct555's operation and are your responsibility. You agree to deposit only from payment accounts that belong to you and that are registered in your own name.

CT555 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on deposits that appear unusual in size or frequency before crediting them to your balance. CT555 may also refuse or reverse a deposit if it has reason to believe it originates from fraudulent or stolen payment credentials.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on ct555 are subject to successful completion of identity verification (KYC). First withdrawals and those exceeding certain thresholds will require document review. CT555 processes withdrawal requests within standard business hours. Typical processing times are as follows:

• Easypaisa and JazzCash: 10 minutes to 2 hours after ct555 approval
• NayaPay and SadaPay: within 2–4 hours after ct555 approval
• Bank IBFT: same business day or next business day after ct555 approval
• Visa/Mastercard: 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank

8 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on ct555 — including live dealer baccarat, live roulette, live poker, and all jackpot slots — are governed first by the rules of the game itself as presented within the game interface, and second by these Terms and Conditions where they are relevant.

Game results are final once the outcome has been determined and displayed within the game. CT555 does not reverse results on the basis of a player's belief that a different outcome was expected. In cases of genuine technical malfunction during a game session — for example, a disconnection during a live dealer hand — the following rules apply:

• If the game round has been fully completed and the result settled, the result stands regardless of disconnection.
• If the game round was interrupted before completion and the outcome was not determined, the relevant stake will be credited back to the player's account.
• CT555 is not liable for internet connectivity issues on the player's side that cause disconnection during gameplay.

Progressive jackpot prizes on the ct555 slots platform are paid at the displayed jackpot value at the moment of the winning spin. Where a technical error has caused a jackpot figure to display incorrectly, ct555 reserves the right to pay the actual correct value of the jackpot.

9 Sports Betting Rules

All bets placed on the ct555 sportsbook are accepted subject to the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and appears in your bet history with a reference number, it is binding and cannot be cancelled by the player. CT555 reserves the right to void any bet placed under the following circumstances:

• Odds were published incorrectly due to a manifest error (a clearly obvious and demonstrable pricing mistake)
• The bet was accepted on a market that should have been suspended — for example, during a live match stoppage
• Evidence of match-fixing, corrupt influence, or insider knowledge is associated with the relevant fixture

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ct555 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action where applicable:

• Providing false identity or financial information during registration or KYC
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with ct555 without human control
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in live casino games
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes — any winnings from a known bug must be reported to support; exploiting it is treated as fraud
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that involves stolen funds

12 Responsible Gaming

• Session time reminders and automatic session timeout

13 Account Suspension & Closure

CT555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of these Terms and Conditions have been violated. In cases of suspected fraud, identity falsification, or financial crime, account suspension may be immediate and without prior notice.

Where an account is closed for reasons of Terms violation, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings generated through violating activity will be forfeited. Real-money deposits made legitimately will be returned to the player through the original payment method, subject to the completion of any ongoing investigation.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their ct555 account should contact the support team via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours. Any outstanding real-money balance will be paid out through your registered payment method.

14 Intellectual Property

All content, branding, trademarks, game interfaces, design elements, text, graphics, and software on the ct555 platform are the intellectual property of ct555 or its licensed game providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ct555 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment only. 15 Limitation of Liability

CT555 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to ensure continuous availability and accurate functioning, ct555 does not guarantee uninterrupted access. CT555 shall not be liable for losses arising from:

• Platform downtime, maintenance, or outages beyond ct555's reasonable control
• Internet connectivity failures on the player's side
• Bets placed or games played based on misunderstanding of game rules or odds — these are the player's responsibility to understand before playing
• Any losses from gambling activity conducted on ct555 beyond the amounts deposited and wagered — ct555 accepts no liability for emotional, psychological, or financial harm caused by gambling losses

CT555's total maximum liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money deposits made to the account within the 12-month period prior to the claim.

17 Amendments to These Terms

CT555 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights, financial terms, or significant operational rules — ct555 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect, communicated via the platform or the email address registered on your account. Continued use of ct555 after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

18 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to ct555's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from the use of the ct555 platform that cannot be resolved through the standard support process shall be submitted to the appropriate dispute resolution forum as determined by ct555's licensing authority. Players agree to attempt informal resolution through the ct555 support team before initiating any formal proceedings. This clause does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under applicable Pakistani law.
